We present to our clients, twin channels that are suitable for bar handling at cooling bed at high speeds. Offered in bar sizes up to 40mm in die and stock speeds as high as 25 meters per second, these twin channels are excellent for carrying the bar in a closed channel and minimizing the accident hazards. These channels carry the till the material comes to a stand still position and automatically discharges it to the bed. Highly important for carrying out high speed rolling, these twin channels operate in conjunction with braking pinch rolls for minimizing the length of run-in. The working of these channels is guided by the discharge of the rods from dividing shear.
